On May 19, an online webinar was held with the participation of Wolfgang Mayer, member of the Board of the Austrian company backaldrin International The Kornspitz GmbH, Head of Corporate Relations and Marketing, COO of the Russian subsidiary Backaldrin, Honorary Consul of Russia in the Consular district of Upper Austria, who was the first speaker to start a series of online lectures by representatives of the Austrian business and public circles.

Mr. Mayer spoke in detail about the measures to support the company's employees during the pandemic. He noted that the company had launched the #gemeinsambackenwirdas campaign, aimed at supporting Austrian bakeries and bakers in Austria.

Wolfgang Mayer also stressed the important role of sports in the development of the company's international activities and spoke about the sports initiatives offered by Backaldrin. In particular, thanks to the Kornspitz bagel, the flagship of the house, Backaldrin has established itself as a leader in supporting sports.
