The 15th Conference of European Regions and Cities (KERS) will be organised by the Institute of European Regions (IRE) in Salzburg from 6-8 October 2019.
The theme of this year's conference is "Europe and Peace 1919 - 1989 - 2019". A number of panel discussions will be focused on topics such as "Peace in the Western Balkans - peace in Europe", "Ukraine - chances for a peaceful solution", as well as discussions on energy, tourism and finance.
