Dialog eCup 2026: Results of the VI International Cyber Football Tournament
On Saturday, March 21, the sixth international cyber football tournament, Dialog eCup 2026, held under the auspices of the Russian-Austrian Public Forum Sochi Dialogue, came to a close. This season proved truly large-scale, bringing together both experienced participants and rising stars of esports on one platform. Commenting on the results, Presidential Aide and Co-Chairman of the Forum, Andrey Fursenko highlighted the project’s special mission:
“We build bridges where others erect walls, and interactive sport today is one of the most effective platforms for constructive dialogue.”
The tournament’s geography and reach once again demonstrated its growing relevance: organizers received 358 applications, including 278 from Russia and 80 from Austria. A total of 222 players advanced to the main stage, among them 160 Russians and 62 representatives of Austria. Notably, the tournament maintains strong continuity: while 114 participants competed for the cup not for the first time, 108 players — including athletes from Austria — made their successful debut this season.
The road to the final, which began with intense qualifying rounds on March 7, demanded exceptional skill from all participants. From hundreds of contenders, the eight strongest players from each country advanced to the playoff stage, where they demonstrated an outstanding level of play in a series of thrilling matchups.
Following a hard-fought competition, the entire podium was claimed by representatives of Russia:

- ???? 3rd place — Vladimir Zaitsev (vovsv)
The tournament once again proved that sport and friendship know no borders, while the digital arena serves as an excellent platform for strengthening ties between the youth of our countries.
